Searching for New Office Space

I am doing a couple of searches for Lakeland office space for rent. I am going to be expanding my business this summer and will be looking to open a second office. I will head up one of the offices and send my current office administrator over to the new location. She has been with me since I started the company four years ago and has exceeded my expectations. She is a valuable asset to my company and moving her to the new location and salary increase will give her the advancement she was hoping for. I am going to have to make sure that the new office is in a centralized location that will be able to generate a good amount of business for that office. It is not common to find many accounting firms that are able to expand and I am very thankful for the good fortune that I have received. We expand our client base on a daily basis and are constantly looking for new clients. If things continue to go I may have to open a third office in a couple more years, which would be incredible. For the time being I need to focus on the second office and getting that one up and running before I start thinking about a third office.
